Client Success Manager

Jamersan is hiring a Client Success Manager to join our team. While every role in the company is designed to contribute to the success of our merchant clients, this one is extra special. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to growth-minded e-commerce merchants. This entails understanding our clients’ business objectives and connecting them with solutions to get them there. To succeed in this role you should have solid consulting & analytical skills and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

This is a 100% remote position but candidate must be available to work in US Eastern or Central time zones.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business objectives, requirements, and existing processes of a client’s e-commerce business.
  • Identifying areas for improvement or optimization, and overseeing the implementation of solutions.
  • Researching solutions (software, platforms, extensions, services) available on the market that might solve client needs.
  • Facilitating meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Effectively communicating plans to Jamersan team members.
  • Working closely with clients, developers, designers, and project managers.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of typical e-commerce program capabilities including catalog & inventory management, merchandising, conversion rate optimization, common data integrations, and marketing concepts.
  • Hands-on familiarity with managing e-commerce stores in one or more of the popular platforms (Magento 2, BigCommerce, Shopify).
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to create detailed reports and give presentations.
  • A track record of merchant clients who are happy that you helped them on their e-commerce journey.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
