The Process

Our team got to work quickly, documenting their existing system and architecting a modern solution that worked with the way AAP did business. Because of the time sensitivity in fulfilling orders for pharmacies the system was designed to be performant and scalable to handle peak order times, We started by building them a core Magento Commerce site with the necessary integrations, and worked to optimize data transfer. Then we added additional functionality to better fit AAP’s business needs including giving a user the ability to purchase on behalf of multiple store locations, product purchasing restrictions, and designing and implementing a custom checkout flow.

Conclusion

In under 6 months, Jamersan was able to quickly document the clients needs, architect and implement a B2B focused eCommerce system for AAP that was performant and scalable allowing them to handle peak order times and meet their demanding shipping requirements. We continue to work with AAP to support, maintain and build more functionality for their eCommerce website.
