Working with multiple design firms to implement their vision and design industry-leading eCommerce websites on Adobe Commerce for their brands, we architected and implemented the technology stack and integrations for their flagship brand Charbroil before rolling it out to the others.

The Challenge

WC Bradley wanted a modern, conversion-driven eCommerce website that represented their brand while including substantial complexity with multiple integrations and a number of custom functionalities. With 5 custom sites that needed to be consolidated into a single tech-stack, they needed a team with experience and creativity to help them implement this.

The Process

Working with the client we focused on architecting and implementing a tech-stack for their flagship brand Charbroil where we helped their internal team architect an integration middle-ware that allowed us to integrate their cobbled together back-office systems including order-management, ERP and a custom PIM. This solution provided a layer of insulation between the back office and their eCommerce to prepare for a seamless ERP upgrade they were about to undertake. After a 6 month development period, we were able to deploy their new site. This focused approach allowed us to cut development time for their other brands in half while building out brand-specific functionality for their other properties, and providing ongoing support for their recently launched site.

The Conclusion

Jamersan was able to implement and architect a tech-stack for WC Bradley that lowered their maintenance costs and enabled their other brands to focus on eCommerce. Following the launch of WC Bradleys new eCommerce websites, we worked with the corporate IT department to interview and vet internal developers so they could take their Magento (Adobe Commerce) work in house.
