TJ Gamble is the CEO and Founder of Jamersan, a Magento Partner headquartered in Opelika, Alabama that is dedicated to proving that big-time eCommerce doesn't always come from big cities. TJ has been working with the Magento platform since it was in beta in 2007 and has over 20 years of experience helping merchants grow. He is the driving force behind the eCommerceAholic Youtube channel and enjoys giving back to the community by providing advice and information to help merchants get more from their eCommerce store.

Richard is currently a Analytics and Personalization Developer at Lululemon, specializing in data collection, analysis, personalization & AB Testing. He formerly used to work at the number one Google Analytics Reseller and consulted for many fortune 500 brands, teaching them how to configure proper data collection to analyze their marketing efforts and maximize return on investment. He also runs his own consulting company bringing this knowledge down to a small business level, teaching the same best practices that have been adopted by the giants.
