CHALLENGES

Accessory Partners, a leading distributor of truck suspension kits and accessories, operates multiple online stores including suspensionsuperstore.com and maxtracstore.com. While experiencing success with their current tech stack, Accessory Partners wanted to make improvements across the board to support their growth goals. Some of the areas that Jamersan addressed to support these goals include:

  • Enhance Product Discoverability: Implement a user-friendly solution for customers to easily find parts compatible with their specific vehicle.
  • Improve Customer Service Capabilities: Streamline customer support processes and provide faster, more effective resolutions to customer questions.
  • Optimize Conversions: Implement new tools to help with closing sales.
  • Modernize Website Design: Update the design and user experience of both stores to be more modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

    Solution:

    With a focus on driving key business metrics Jamersan devised a strategic plan to revamp Accessory Partners' e-commerce technology stack and enhance their overall online presence. The solution focused on integrating best-in-class technologies and optimizing the user experience across both BigCommerce stores. A key component was introducing a set of new services that integrate with BigCommerce.

     

    Convermax Integration for Year Make Model Search: To address the need for enhanced product discoverability, Jamersan integrated Convermax, a powerful Year Make Model (YMM) search solution. This allows customers to effortlessly filter products based on their vehicle's year, make, and model, ensuring they found compatible parts quickly and efficiently.

     

    Gorgias Implementation for Customer Service: Gorgias, a leading customer service platform designed for e-commerce, was integrated to streamline support operations. Gorgias provided a centralized hub for managing all customer inquiries, enabling faster response times and improved customer satisfaction.

     

    Klaviyo Integration for Retention Marketing: Klaviyo, a robust marketing automation platform, was implemented to enhance customer retention efforts. This enabled Accessory Partners to create targeted email and SMS campaigns, segment their audience, and automate personalized communication based on customer behavior.

     

    Custom Theme Design and Development: Jamersan's design team developed new, custom themes for both suspensionsuperstore.com and maxtracstore.com. The modern designs incorporated a clean, intuitive layout, improved navigation, and enhanced visual appeal, resulting in a more engaging and user-friendly shopping experience.

    RESULTS

    The comprehensive revamp of Accessory Partners' e-commerce operations yielded remarkable results, surpassing initial growth targets with a significant 30% increase in both orders and revenue. Accessory Partners has also been able to allocate more time and resources to strategic initiatives as a result of more automations & efficiency in their day-to-day operations as a result of the project. The new capabilities have positioned them to continue to be leaders in the truck accessory industry for years to come.
